Welcome to Gandum Village 🌿
Instructions for late arrivals (after midnight)
If you arrive after reception hours, don't worry. Access to Gandum is simple—just follow these steps.
1️⃣ Check in online
Before entering the room, you need to complete the online check-in.
👉 Check in using the link you received by email or WhatsApp.
2️⃣ Receive your access code
After check-in, you will receive a code by email and/or SMS.
This code is used to:
✅ Open the entrance gate
✅ Access your accommodation
📍 Entrance gate: Enter the code on the keypad to the left of the gate. It will open automatically.
3️⃣ Go to your room 🚶♂️
After entering Gandum Village, follow the signs to your accommodation:
🟢 Rooms 21 to 38 (Cloister)
👉 Follow the main road towards the Cloister
👉 Cross the bridge over the Gandum River
👉 Climb the hill
👉 Turn right to go around the building at the top (Cloister).
🚗 Parking for these rooms is located at the rear of the building.
🟡 Houses 1, 2, or 3
👉 The houses are located in the main building, next to the parking lot with pergolas.

👉 Follow the signs to Provenance.
🚶 On foot: about 3 minutes
🚗 By car: you can park in the main parking lot, right next door
💡 Tip: Provenance is located at the top of the main parking lot, next to the pergolas.

🕒 From 8 a.m. to midnight. Outside these hours, there is no in-person reception, but we remain available for emergencies via the above contact details.

If you arrive by car at night, please park only in the designated areas and keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests.
