Private Events at Gandum Village

Gandum Village is a space designed to host private events in contact with nature, with time, space, and a relaxed atmosphere. Here, family celebrations, gatherings with friends, informal weddings, and retreats that require a different pace are held, always in a simple and personalized way.

Each event is designed on a case-by-case basis, without rigid packages or predefined formats.

Birthday parties

Gandum is a natural place to celebrate group birthdays, whether in a more intimate setting or a large gathering of friends and family.

It is possible to organize lunches or dinners at Provenance, outdoor events, exclusive use of certain spaces, and, if appropriate, an overnight stay to prolong the celebration without rushing.

Baptisms and family celebrations

Christenings and other family celebrations find a calm and welcoming atmosphere at Gandum, far from formal or overly formal settings.

The event can take place throughout the day, combining meals, outdoor socializing, and time to be together. The flexibility of the space allows the format to be adapted to the number of guests and the type of celebration.

Informal weddings

Gandum is particularly suited to small and medium-sized weddings, with an informal and relaxed approach. A place where the celebration takes place throughout the day—and often over several days—between shared meals, time outdoors, and staying in the same space.

It is possible to hold ceremonies, meals, and accommodation at Gandum, creating a continuous experience for the bride and groom and their guests, without travel or strict schedules.

Retreats and gatherings with a different pace

In addition to celebrations, Gandum hosts wellness retreats, yoga gatherings, creative practices, and other events that require silence, nature, and continuity over several days.

The space allows for switching between group sessions, individual time, on-site meals, and outdoor moments, creating a balance between structure and freedom.

Capacity and available spaces

Gandum has several areas that can be combined depending on the type of event:

  • Accommodation for up to 46 people, distributed across 21 units, with rooms featuring separable beds

  • Indoor restaurant with capacity for up to 70 people at a time

  • Outdoor terrace with capacity for up to 100 people

  • Possibility of exclusive use of the space, depending on the number of people and the format of the event

  • For larger groups, we work in partnership with other nearby accommodation units, ensuring comfort and proximity for all guests.

All meals can be arranged on site through the Provenance restaurant.
