Our indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for hosting workshops, offsites, product presentations, and company gatherings. From meetings followed by long lunches at Provenance to exclusive reservations with accommodation, meals, and outdoor time, the format naturally adapts to the type of event you have in mind.

Food is a central part of any event at Gandum. Provenance can host private lunches or dinners, with menus designed around seasonal produce and local producers. Breaks, informal moments, and time spent outdoors are as much a part of the experience as the meetings themselves.

Meetings & Conferences

If you are looking for a venue for a meeting, workshop, or small conference, Gandum Village offers several flexible options. Provenance and other common areas can be used for informal meetings, coffee breaks, or working lunches in a relaxed atmosphere.

For more focused sessions, Gandum has dedicated rooms with natural light and a calm atmosphere. Wi-Fi, a screen, projector, and whiteboard are available. Water, coffee, and light catering can be included, as well as breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Provenance.

For larger groups or more formal requirements, Gandum works with trusted local partners nearby, offering larger rooms and full audiovisual equipment. These solutions can be arranged with us as part of an integrated package.

Packages

We create packages tailored to each event. Combine accommodation at Gandum Village with meeting spaces, meals at Provenance, and outdoor time for a balanced and productive experience.

Maximum capacity

Gandum offers several options for group work, tailored to the format and size of each team. There are spaces for informal meetings, more focused work sessions, and meetings that extend over several days. Wi-Fi, a screen, projector, and whiteboard are available, and all meals can be arranged at Provenance, in the same space. 

  • The dedicated meeting room accommodates up to 25 people in a U-shape or up to 40 people in theater style.

  • The coworking space has capacity for 12 people. 

  • The indoor restaurant can seat up to 70 people at a time, and the outdoor terrace can accommodate up to 100 people, depending on the format of the event. 

  • The on-site accommodation can host up to 46 people, distributed across 21 units with rooms featuring separable beds. 

  • For larger groups, we work in partnership with other nearby accommodation providers. 

  • Depending on the number of people and the format of the meeting, there is also the possibility of exclusive use of Gandum.
