OPEN DAY
One day a year we open Gandum in its entirety.
Open Day is for anyone who is curious to learn more about the project: the spaces, Provenance, coworking, the farm, the river, the choices behind it all. It is bigger than Neighbors' Day, with more things happening at the same time, but with the same spirit: come, see, be, talk.
We don't have a date set yet.
When it is closed, we will announce it here, in the newsletter, and on Instagram.
What happens (typical format)
Short guided tours (architecture, behind the scenes, farm/agroforestry)
Bar & snacks flowing all day long
Provenance with special “Open Day” menu (simple, quick, good)
Mini-talks (15–20 min) on specific topics: water, energy, food, materials, operation
Spaces in "show" mode: rooms to view, open coworking, common areas in operation
Kids included: space to play without stress
