PETS POLICY
At Gandum Village, pets are part of the family. That's why we welcome dogs and other domestic animals, provided that a few simple rules are followed, designed to ensure the well-being of everyone—guests, staff, animals, and the natural environment that surrounds us.
Pets Allowed
Dogs and other pets are allowed, provided they are never allowed to roam freely on the property.
Only one pet is allowed per room.
The animal may not exceed 25 kg in weight.
Accommodation Fee
Pets are charged at EUR 25 per night.
This fee includes special cleaning and preparation of the room, ensuring comfort for both the guest and future visitors.
No additional security deposit is required.
Traffic Rules
Animals must always be kept on a leash in all common areas of Gandum Village.
Animals are not allowed to be left unattended in any indoor or outdoor area.
The guardian is always responsible for the animal's behavior and well-being throughout their stay.
Access to Gandum Areas
Animal access is restricted to certain areas of the property.
Animals are not allowed in the restaurant, food service areas, swimming pool, coworking space, and other sensitive areas.
The Gandum team is available to clarify, at check-in, which areas allow pets.
Health, Identification, and Responsibility
All animals must be properly identified with a microchip.
Up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, are mandatory.
The tutor is responsible for:
Ensure the animal behaves well;
Collect and clean up any waste;
Ensure that the animal does not cause disturbance, damage, or risk to third parties.
A Shared Natural Space
Gandum Village is located in a sensitive ecosystem, with agroforestry, wildlife, and other animals. Therefore, we ask that you pay special attention to controlling your pets, ensuring a balanced coexistence with nature and other guests.
