Plansel

Founded in 1975 by Jörg Böhm, Plansel was born out of a passion for Portuguese grape varieties. In the 1990s, the project gained new momentum with winemaker Dorina Lindemann, who furthered the work of promoting native grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Barroca.
Currently owned by the family, the estate combines tradition, research, and innovation, with significant annual production and a clear focus on the identity of Alentejo wines.
