You are not a guest. You are welcome. Gandum is not a bubble. It is a place in the territory. And it makes sense to us that those who live here should also use it—without ceremony.

If you feel like staying, Provenance is right next door, offering lighter, seasonal cuisine inspired by Alentejo and Portuguese traditions, with a serious vegetarian option. Tip: if it's full, let us know anyway. We can often squeeze you in.

Where is it / How to get there

The restaurant is located in the same place as the reception, at the top of the main parking lot (pergolas). If you just want to "stop by for a drink," it's usually quicker to go straight to the Provenance bar, which is in the same place.

Provenance Restaurant Hours

Lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

(Monday to Sunday)

Bar / drinks

It usually operates around restaurant service hours. If you want to be sure, call ahead.
